You have 14 days from receiving your shirt to request a return (45 DAY RETURN PERIOD APPLIES FOR ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 15TH NOVEMBER AND 24TH DECEMBER). We offer both refunds and exchanges. Caring Instructions
Most shirts should display caring instructions on their inner labels. If they don't then here are some of our recommendations!
- Keep it cool! - Wash shirts at the lowest temperature you can (30 degrees Celsius at a maximum).
- Separate colours - Wash shirts only with similar colours.
- Flip the shirt inside out to protect any badges and prints.
- Hang up and air dry - Avoid using a tumble dryer, it can damage the badges and prints on your shirt.
- Better safe than sorry - If you are unsure about washing a shirt, for example if it is particularly valuable or delicate, then please either have it cleaned professionally or hand wash the shirt in warm water.
All our shirts at Underdog Rugby come either brand new or, in the case of used clothes, pre-washed (with the only exceptions being items with tags, some match worn shirts, and particularly old shirts), so you can get wearing your new shirt right away!
