Delivery Methods
UK and Channel Islands: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days) and 48 (2-3 days)
Free UK and Channel Islands delivery on orders over £100
International: We deliver with Royal Mail and a variety of couriers depending upon the country of delivery and the value of orders.
Underdog Rugby is not liable for any customs duties or taxes that you may incur when importing our products. These costs are not included within the prices displayed on this website. Please research the customs information of your country before ordering from us.
Failure to pay these fees, or failure to receive delivery, will result in the items being returned to Underdog Rugby, and no postage refund will be offered. Upon the return of the parcel at Underdog Rugby you will be offered a refund for you order, minus the costs of any customs fees incurred by Underdog Rugby.
Returns
We accept returns of orders within 14 (28 DAY RETURN PERIOD APPLIES MONTH OF DECEMBER) days of your order being delivered. The cost of returns is upon the customer.
If you wish to return or exchange an item please first contact us quoting your order number.
All items must be in the state they were upon arrival, with labels (where applicable) attached.
Upon receiving the returned item, its condition will be examined and then your order will be reimbursed or exchanged.
UK orders will be refunded the cost of initial delivery. International orders will not receive a refund for the cost of initial delivery.
We are unable to refund or exchange if we do not receive goods and therefore we require returns to be sent using a tracked delivery service and advise fully insured delivery.
UK returns can be refunded, or exchanged. International returns can only be refunded.
