In order to differentiate between used and new items please note that used items always have a condition rating. You can find this in the description, where used shirts are given a condition rating out of 10.

Sizing can be confusing, doubly so if a shirt is sized using foreign sizing systems. As we stock such a wide variety of brands, whose size labels rarely match up, it is useful to know your exact chest measurements. Using your chest circumference (e.g. 41 inches/104 cm) to choose your size, as opposed to generic size labels (e.g. XL), is far more accurate.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred size or return for a refund.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, EU countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and many more countries. To enquire about shipping to a destination not available at checkout, please contact us.

Standard UK shipping (Tracked 48) normally takes 2-3 days. Express shipping (Tracked 24) is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). International orders are likely to incur customs and/or VAT upon import. Please research customs in your own country.

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours from when we receive the item(s). Typically refunds to debit/credit cards take 1-2 business, whilst PayPal refunds take a little longer.
